Hey, I’m Alesia.
I help organizations tell their stories authentically so people feel compelled to take action.
About Me
I'm Alesia (uh-LEE-sha), and I specialize in simplifying complex information and building meaningful relationships.
My career has taken me from the mayor's office in Columbus to The Ohio State University, the City of Charlotte, the New York Liberty WNBA team, and now, Amazon's corporate office. And whether I'm explaining budget plans to residents, managing press in the world’s largest media market, or simplifying complex operational changes for a delivery network, it all comes down to the same exciting challenge; connecting with people through authentic storytelling.
I thrive in those energizing, high-stakes moments where everything matters and you need to get the message just right.

What Colleagues are Saying
"I had the pleasure of hiring and managing Alesia for more than 4 years at the New York Liberty. I was quickly impressed by her consistency and diligence in executive communications and strategic PR. Her professionalism, receptiveness to feedback, and attention to detail are just a few reasons why she was an essential asset to not only the Liberty, but the entire WNBA. Any organization would be lucky to have Alesia, and I’m excited to see where the future takes her."
Keia Clarke, CEO, New York Liberty
"Even as the youngest member of Mayor Coleman’s staff, Alesia immediately demonstrated the poise, the skills and the judgment necessary to serve in a high-pressure environment. Alesia's hard work made our entire team better, and contributed to the legacy of great mayor."
Dan Williamson, former Deputy Chief of Staff, City of Columbus
